After decades of working across technology, global delivery, governance, and transformation programs, I saw the same pattern repeat itself. Solutions designed in isolation struggled to survive in real environments. Meanwhile, people on the ground — clinicians, operators, families — carried enormous responsibility with outdated tools and fragmented systems.

Norse Solutions was created to bridge that gap.
